Your account
See who you are and manage your profile without leaving the console.
The account flyout lets you check your identity and manage your profile right inside the console.
Your identity card
Open the flyout from your avatar in the top-right. It shows a read-only identity card with your name, email, roles, and status — a quick check of who you're signed in as.
Manage account
Manage account opens an in-console pane where you can:
- Change your email.
- Change your password.
- Set your timezone.
- Upload or remove your avatar.
There's no need to leave the console for a Drupal form.
Changing your email or password re-verifies your current password on the server for safety. One
exception: right after you sign in with a one-time link (for example Edit my site in the Atelier
manager, or atelier app open), you can set a password without entering a current one. Use this to get back to password
sign-in when email password reset isn't set up on your site.
One-time sign-in links
Opening a one-time sign-in link while you're already signed in:
- As the same user — takes you straight to the console.
- As someone else — asks Switch account?. Choose Sign out and continue to sign in as the link's user, or stay signed in as yourself; the link stays usable until it expires.
Other doors in the menu
The same menu holds two more entries:
- Set up AI providers — reopens the onboarding wizard.
- System — for site administrators, a door to the technical back office at
/admin.
